CustomLab, Inc. ("CustomLab", "we", "us") operates customlab.ai and provides AI operations automation services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you submit: When you fill out our contact/audit form, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, and the details you provide about your workflows.
• Usage data: Standard analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, device/browser, referring source) collected via cookies and pixels, including Google Analytics/Google Ads and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your free automation audit.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To measure and improve our advertising (e.g., conversion tracking).

Advertising & cookies

We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our site and to measure ad performance. These services may set cookies. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, or block cookies in your browser.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting via Netlify, database via Neon, email via Resend, advertising platforms), and when required by law. Each client's operational data is fully isolated; we never combine or share data between clients.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained while we evaluate and pursue a potential engagement. System logs are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing leads@customlab.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
