Why We Charge a Restocking Fee

We believe in transparency. When you place an order, we incur costs that cannot be recovered:

  • Payment processing fees (Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, which they do not refund)
  • Cart platform fees (2% per transaction, non-refundable)
  • Fulfillment and handling costs

The 15% restocking fee helps us cover these costs so we can continue offering free shipping and keep our prices fair for all customers.

Standard Returns (Changed Your Mind)

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason:

  • Request a return within 30 days of delivery
  • Product should be in original condition when possible
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

Example Refund Calculation:

Original purchase: $59.99 Restocking fee (15%): -$9.00 Your refund: $50.99

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described:

  • Full refund - No restocking fee
  • Or a free replacement shipped to you
  • We cover return shipping costs
  • Please include photos of the defect when contacting us

We stand behind our product. If it's our fault, we make it right at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We make exchanges easy:

  • Free exchange for a different size (no restocking fee)
  • You pay return shipping on original item
  • We ship the new size free

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@posturepro.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving instructions
  4. Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been significantly damaged by the customer
  • Items without proof of purchase

A Note on Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We're happy to resolve any issues directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being banned from future purchases and does not guarantee a faster resolution.
